The hotel is clean, with exclusive atmosphere and marvellous and fab location short walk to restaurants, the beach and the lagoon. Reasonably large room and large bathroom. Efficient and fantastic friendly stuff, just perfect stay. Good service and the food is amazing! Exceptional views, very clean pool, parking available on-site.

the restaurant was particularly good for dinner, i tried excellent dishes. the location was amazing, not too far away from beach. there was a superb bar with a wide range of different food, such as sushi and salads.

We had great experiences with the pools and the friendly staff throughout our stay. The buffet had a wide variety of options, and it was nice to enjoy local flavors. Especially nice was the ceviche at the pool bar. Simple yet refreshing. Our son graduated during the trip, and we used a photography service that captured nice moments around the resort. Being from Rome, it was a fulfilling trip filled with joy.
The check-in process had a sales pitch that felt overwhelming, and the desserts were not pleasant.

The welcome gift of champagne and cookies was such a nice touch, and the daily chocolates left on our pillows made each night special. I enjoyed relaxing in the beachfront loungers and the pool was perfect for cooling off. A small hiccup was that the air conditioning could've been cooler, but it didn't ruin our overall experience at all 🍹
